Using D-BUG services.
By accessing or using the D-BUG.ORG website or online services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and any additional requirements that may apply to a particular service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the applicable D-BUG service.
ACCOUNTS
Your account and access.
Some D-BUG services require an authorized user account. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Accounts and access may not be shared, transferred or used by another person unless expressly authorized by D-BUG.ORG CORP.
You should notify D-BUG.ORG promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Use services responsibly.
D-BUG services must not be used to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of systems, gain unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure, distribute malicious software, send abusive or unsolicited communications, or intentionally disrupt services.
Users must not attempt to bypass security controls, access information they are not authorized to access, or use D-BUG infrastructure in a manner that places unreasonable demands on shared systems or networks.
YOUR CONTENT
Content remains yours.
You retain responsibility for files, messages and other content you store or transmit through D-BUG services.
By using a service, you authorize D-BUG.ORG CORP. to process, store, transmit and back up that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the service.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services can change.
D-BUG.ORG CORP. works to maintain reliable services, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security events, equipment or network failures, third-party dependencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Features or services may be changed, replaced or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
SOFTWARE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Technology and ownership.
The D-BUG.ORG name, branding, website content and original materials provided by D-BUG.ORG CORP. remain the property of D-BUG.ORG CORP. or their respective rights holders.
D-BUG services may incorporate open-source or third-party software. Those components remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
SECURITY & ACCESS
Protecting the environment.
D-BUG.ORG CORP. may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, information or infrastructure; investigate suspected misuse; address security concerns; or enforce these Terms.
LIMITATION
Use of the services.
D-BUG services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, D-BUG.ORG CORP. does not guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
