Shipping destinations and availability
We currently ship eligible products within Canada using delivery services available through Stallion Express. Carrier coverage and available services depend on the destination and parcel. If no service is available for an address, checkout may not offer shipping to that destination.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, parcel details, delivery address and available services. Charges are shown in Canadian dollars before purchase confirmation. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed during checkout.
Processing and delivery
We prepare orders for shipment after payment confirmation. Our currently published shipping estimates generally range from 1 to 12 days, depending on destination and delivery service. Actual delivery estimates may vary. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Processing times, weekends, holidays, remote destinations, weather and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Tracking and delivery updates
Where the selected carrier provides tracking, tracking information may be supplied after shipment is arranged. For questions about shipment status, delayed or undeliverable parcels, please contact our support team.
