HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Contact our privacy team.
Email us from the address associated with your D-BUG account, using the subject Account and data deletion request. Include the D-BUG service you use (such as Natural Care) and mention whether you sign in using Facebook, Google or a D-BUG account.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing a request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card numbers or identity documents in your initial email.

Review, verification and deletion.
After verifying the request, we review the relevant account and information held by D-BUG and determine what can be deleted or de-identified. We will provide a response and explain any necessary additional steps or applicable timelines.
Some records, including purchase, payment, tax, security and dispute-related records, may need to be retained where required by law or for other legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Such records will not be retained longer than necessary for the applicable purpose.
FACEBOOK & GOOGLE SIGN-IN
Connected accounts.
You can separately remove D-BUG's connection in your Facebook or Google account settings. Revoking a social sign-in connection does not automatically delete information already held by D-BUG. Use the request process above to ask for account and data deletion.
Deleting a D-BUG account does not delete your personal Facebook or Google account.
